Afghan general requirements

All the foreigners planning to travel to Afghanistan need a passport, this passport must have a validity period of at least six months. Visa is also a must. There are several types of visa, each one has a different purpose and the person who is traveling must have the correct visa according to the travel purpose.

The types of visas are: Tourist Visa, Entry Visa for Work Permit, Resident Visa, Transit Visa, Double Entry Visa, Diplomatic, Service Visa, Student Visa and Exit Visa. The visa has to be obtained before traveling to the country.
