Responsabilities:
Design and promote a wide range of related programmes, involving the analysis of complex and conflicting data, statistics, information and policy guidelines.
Competencies:
Ability to conceptualize, plan, coordinate and manage research; to provide direct technical advice; conceptualize and design research techniques and analyse complex transnational practices and data covering a wide range of issues.

Qualifications:
Education:
Post-graduate university degree in any of the branches of social science.
Experience:
Ten to fifteen years' experience in the design and application of public policies on labour matters, seven years of which at the international level. No less than four years' experience in public management at the highest level.
Languages:
Excellent command of Spanish and good knowledge of another working language of the Organization.
