Responsabilities:
Plan and conduct evaluations of specific programmes and activities to ensure conformity with the Organization's programme and budgetary objectives.
Competencies:
Knowledge of methods for the monitoring and evaluation of socio-economic development programmes and projects with specialization in the application of qualitative and quantitative methods.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree or master's degree and a recognized professional qualification in economics, public administration, social science or other related field.
Experience:
Not less than six years' professional experience in the monitoring and evaluation of development projects and programmes with at least three years at the international level, preferably focused on socio-economic development.
Languages:
Command of written and spoken English and the ability to communicate in French both orally and in writing.
Others:
Expert user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other software, Internet browsers and database applications.
