Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate from a university or institute of recognised standing or have
equivalent relevant professional experience;
Experience:
Several years of experience in responsible posts in a national administration or in an intergovernmental or academic institution, dealing with defence capabilities and related policy matters;
Languages:
Be fluent orally and in writing in one of the two official languages of the
organisation and have a good working knowledge of the other;
