Responsabilities:
As a member of the TC management team, provide strategic guidance and vision for TC programme development and implementation
Competencies:
Proven track record of excellent leadership and experience in managing people, funds and processes, including the ability to lead and motivate a team in a multicultural environment

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in management, social sciences, science and technology, or international relations. Additional background in development studies would be an advantage.
Experience:
At least 15 years of experience at the senior management or executive level in international cooperation, with extensive programme development and capacity development experience.
Languages:
Oral and written fluency in English is essential. Working knowledge of another official IAEA language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) desirable.
Others:
Experience in developing countries and an understanding of the social, cultural, economic and political environment when working in an international setting.
