Responsabilities:
Oversee the Unit of Human Resources operations and personnel and provide advice and recommendations to UBO Management on HR related policy, procedures and administration, and on mid long term planning;

Qualifications:
Education:
University degree, preferably at the advanced level, in Human Resources Management/Development, Business
Administration or other related areas of social sciences.
Experience:
At least 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible relevant experience in the field of human resources
management, of which preferably 3 years acquired at international level (UN or other international organizations).
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English or French and good knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of Portuguese
would be an asset.
Others:
Ability to effectively lead, supervise, mentor, motivate, develop and evaluate staff, as well as design training/skills
enhancement initiatives to ensure effective transfer of knowledge/skills.
