Qualifications:
Education:
An advanced degree in Urban/Real Estate Economics;
Experience:
At least eight years of high-level professional experience in the housing sector, with at least three years spent working with low or middle-income countries
Languages:
Excellent inter-personal, English language and communications skills - Ability to work in one other major language (e.g. Spanish, French, Arabic etc.) is desirable.
Others:
Strong interpersonal, cross-cultural and team player skills, yet with a capacity to work effectively on an independent basis;
