Responsabilities:
Managing UNICEF’s corporate fundraising team to deliver to international targets, co-ordinate multi-country corporate partnerships and support and guide NatComs and COs through UNICEF’s due diligence processes
Competencies:
Excellent management skills in a multi-cultural environment with experience of working in a matrix structure highly desirable.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced University degree in International Business, Management Sciences, Economics or equivalent, with Marketing, Communications and/or Fundraising specialization and work experience.
Experience:
Minimum thirteen years work experience with increasing revenue and cost responsibility in leading international or global organization, companies or consultancy firm, with at least 5 years in an international Headquarter role.
Languages:
Fluency in English is essential and in one other major UN language desirable.
Others:
Computer literate with a good knowledge of computer programmes and genuine self-sufficiency.
