Conduct country office programme budget and work planning exercises; providing country and regional office management with sound advice and focused reports on options and methods for the attainment of programme objectives;
Competencies:
Thorough knowledge of administrative, financial and management principles and practices; Proven skills in project planning;
Demonstrated ability to act independently and exercise sound judgement;

Qualifications:
Education:
University degree in public or business administration or a related field or equivalentin training and self study (as per definition of the ICSC Master Standard for Classification of Professional Posts Glossary).
Experience:
At least, five years experience at the national level and over two years at the international level in administration and management, including supervision of staff.
Languages:
Very good knowledge of French or English and a good working knowledge of the other.
Knowledge of local languages an asset.
