Responsabilities:
Plan and develop technical cooperation in coordination with the manager, CLAP/WR, based on the analysis of the health situation in the Region and priority given to line of action;
Competencies:
Intrainstitutional Action: Leads team efforts toward full understanding of the policies the organization must operate within as well as the Standard of Conduct for the International Civil Service.

Qualifications:
Education:
Midwifery or Physician degree specialized in Obstetrics, with a postgraduate degree at the master's level in public health or perinatal health or reproductive health or family and community health.
Experience:
Nine years of combined national and international experience in management health or inter-sectoral health and programs in woman, maternal and perinatal health.
Languages:
Very good knowledge of English or Spanish with working knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese would be an asset.
