Responsabilities:
Accountable for the delivery and execution of the TDLC’s annual work program at agreed service standards in a cost effective manner to the full satisfaction of the Center’s clients and sponsors.
Competencies:
Strong understanding of the World Bank’s operational policies as well as learning and technology platforms.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced degree in a relevant field such as economics, finance, social sciences, international development or other related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of relevant operational experience with a Masters degree.
Languages:
A working knowledge of English language is essential and a working knowledge of Japanese language is desirable.
