Responsabilities:
Prepare proposals for biennial programme budget for CEHA in the light of the Regional Medium-Term Programme
Competencies:
Excellent knowledge of the WHO Policies and principles and recent developments in environmental health problems in urban and rural areas.

Qualifications:
Education:
Engineering degree with post-graduate degree in Sanitary/Environmental Engineering from an institution of recognized standing. Ph.D. degree in Sanitary/Environmental Engineering or Public Health related disciplines
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience including three years at international level in the field of Sanitary Engineering including supervisory and administrative functions, teaching, research and project planning.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English. Working knowledge of Arabic and/or French
