Responsabilities:
Oversees preparation of provisional and annotated agendas for governing body sessions. Identifies, plans, coordinates and manages documentation for governing body sessions.
Competencies:
Demonstrated leadership and managerial competences; broad knowledge of WHO and its programmes; sound knowledge of conference organization, including précis-writing and revision, at international level.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced degree in a field related to international health or public administration, preferably combined with modern languages, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Over 10 years of professional experience, including editing and publishing, at increasingly responsible levels, and management of processes and people in a multilingual environment, and over six years experience in international organization(s).
Languages:
English mother tongue, with excellent drafting and editing ability in that language. Good knowledge of French. Good knowledge of one or more other official languages an asset.
