Responsabilities:
Carry out project planning and implementation including the development of the project work plans; Comply with ILO policies, guidelines and procedures of technical cooperation;
Competencies:
Demonstrated and recognized technical and managerial leadership in implementing large and complex vocational training projects, including in post crisis contexts.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in economics, labour economics, human resources development, vocational education and training, or engineering.
Experience:
At least 8 years of experience at the national level or 5 years of experience at the international level in human resources development, vocational education and training and skills development including that for the informal economy.
Languages:
Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
