Responsabilities:
Design and promote a wide range of special subject-matter-related programmes. Formulate and submit project proposals. Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the project activities.
Competencies:
The ability to: synthesize research and reach empirically based conclusions on related subjects; provide technical advice on best practices, to address broader issues outside the field of specialization;

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree with specialization in actuarial science.
Experience:
Extensive knowledge of social security systems, underpinned by at least eight years' professional experience with national and international social security organizations.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of one official language of the ISSA (English, French, German, Spanish) and good working knowledge of a second. Working knowledge of a third language would be an advantage.
