Responsabilities:
Advice the Ministry of Health and its partners in the strengthening of the health sector's response to the epidemic as they relate to scaling up of the health sector response towards universal access on prevention, care, and treatment.
Competencies:
Intrainstitutional Action: Leads team efforts toward full understanding of the policies the organization must operate within as well as the Standard of Conduct for the International Civil Service.

Qualifications:
Education:
A university degree in health or social science with a master's degree in public health or a related field.
Experience:
Nine years of combined national and international progressive experience in health service development; including human resource development.
Languages:
Very good knowledge of English or Spanish with a working knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese would be an asset.
