Responsabilities:
Lead, organize, plan, supervise and control the work of the Youth Employment Programme (including managerial functions).
Competencies:
Job specific competencies include: synthesize research and reach empirically based conclusions on related subjects; provide seasoned advice on best practices, to address broader issues outside the field of specialization;

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in economics or related social sciences, with demonstrated experience in the relevant technical field.
Experience:
Ten to fifteen years of experience, of which at least seven at the international level preferably working with the United Nations and/or specialized agency.
Languages:
Excellent command of English and proficiency in one or more working languages of the Organization is essential.
