Responsabilities:
Manage the production of the Department's R&D project plans and reports. Review MSSP task proposals and advise regarding the approval process.
Competencies:
Knowledge of procurement and budgeting/financial concepts and principles.
Knowledge of programme and project management techniques.

Qualifications:
Education:
An advanced university (or equivalent) degree in a science/engineering related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of working experience in nuclear safeguards and/or project management. Experience in resource mobilization at national or international level would be useful.
Languages:
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. Knowledge of German, French, Russian or Spanish would be useful.
Others:
Quality management experience, particularly in controlling large numbers of documents.
