Responsabilities:
Provide high quality advice to client governments on the legal aspects of infrastructure sector reform as a member of various Bank teams;
Competencies:
strong expertise in the legal aspects of the regulation and operation of one or more infrastructure sectors, including the transport and water/sanitation sectors, in particularly in developing countries;

Qualifications:
Education:
A post-graduate law degree (JD, LLM, or equivalent) and Admission to the Bar (or equivalent) in at least one jurisdiction are minimum requirements; and
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience either in a law firm environment or in a policy/regulatory environment.
Languages:
excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
Others:
ability to deal sensitively in multi-cultural environments and build effective working relations with clients and colleagues;
