Qualifications:
Education:
Sanitary/environmental engineering degree and postgraduate degree from an institution of recognized standing. Desirable: Ph.D degree in sanitary engineering or public health related disciplines
Experience:
Extensive progressive responsible experience at national and international levels on planning and programme development, including supervisory coordination and administrative functions, teaching, research and project planning.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English with good working knowledge of either Arabic or French or a local national language of the Region.
