Responsabilities:
Be accountable for the managerial and financial control of the IAEA's share of the operating costs of the VIC.
Competencies:
Proven track record of excellent leadership, strong organizing skills and experience in managing people, funds and processes, including the ability to lead and motivate a team in a multicultural environment

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university (or equivalent) degree in public or business management, organizational behaviour or other relevant area.
Experience:
At least 15 years of relevant working experience, of which no less than 5 years should have been at the senior management level in the supervision at a high administrative level of relevant functions
Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of German highly desirable, as well as a working knowledge of another official IAEA language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish).
Others:
Experience in the work of international organizations and in managing general services area is highly desirable.
