Responsabilities:
Participate in Adaptation Fund Board meetings and coordinate the effort on developing Secretariat’s responses to the requests of the Adaptation Fund Board

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced degree in science, environmental studies, development, agriculture, water resources management, or other field related to adaptation to climate change
Experience:
At least 8 years of experience related to climate change policy and multilateral environmental finance, preferably including the design of policies and analysis
Languages:
Excellence in written and spoken English. Knowledge of French or Spanish would also be an advantage.
Others:
An understanding of UNFCCC and GEF policies and operations would be an advantage.
