undertake performance assessments of UNICEF’s work in programme countries, regional offices and headquarters and identify and develop methodologies for performance assessment

Qualifications:
Education:
Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in international development, public administration, business administration or other field relevant to performance assessment of UNICEF activities
Experience:
12 years in progressively responsible professional work related to planning, implementation, and management of development or humanitarian work with at least 5 years experience in organisational performance
Languages:
Fluency in English and a good working knowledge of one other language (French or Spanish).
