Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree preferably in economics, administration, accountancy, finance or human resources.
Experience:
10-15 years progressively responsible relevant experience of which 5-7 years acquired at the international level. Knowledge and practice of administrative, financial and budgetary techniques used in an international organization, preferably UNESCO.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of either English or French and good knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of another official UN
language would be an asset.
Others:
Ability to work in a dynamic and growing unit and to work and cooperate with different nationalities in a multicultural environment.
Competence and ability to use in-house computerized systems for management, finance and personnel administration.
