Responsabilities:
Assuming overall responsibility for the translation and revision done in the Unit, by permanent or short-term staff;
organizing such work, directly supervising it to the extent possible and participating therein in emergency situations;
Competencies:
Familiarity with computer-assisted translation tools and ability to use basic applications such as word processing and
spreadsheets are essential.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced University degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in a field related to languages or translation
Experience:
At least ten (10) years of translation/minute-writing and of revision experience, preferably in international organizations.
Languages:
Excellent command of Arabic (mother tongue or principal language); excellent knowledge of English and French.
