Undertake in-depth analysis of information in order to determine the presence or absence of proliferation or procurement/supply network indicators and prepare related analytical reports;

Technical expertise: Appropriate knowledge of nuclear and dual-use related goods and services and technology.

Qualifications:
Education:
University degree in nuclear science, chemistry, physics, engineering, electronics/instrumentation. Qualification relevant to trade and export controls developed through training and other competence building within a commercial or authority environment.
Experience:
At least 7 years of relevant practical experience, including 5 years of recent experience in nuclear related trade and export controls or customs authority activities
Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) an asset.
Others:
Recent experience in nuclear related fuel cycle or non-proliferation issues in the industry or international/government service.
