Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree, preferably at Ph.D. level, in an interdisciplinary field of relevance to local/indigenous/traditional
knowledge and the interface between natural and socio-cultural systems.
Experience:
Four to seven years of professional experience in the domain of local/indigenous/traditional knowledge extending from local community to international levels, and bridging across natural and social science disciplines.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
Others:
Good research, analytical and organizational skills. Experience in the organization of international workshops, meetings and
events would be an asset.
