Responsabilities:

Analyze, evaluate and contribute to the development of approaches and strategies for harnessing the potential of communication and information for development in cluster countries;

Qualifications:

Education:

Advanced university degree in communication and/or information or related field combined with significant experience, preferably with orientation towards knowledge societies.

Experience:

At least 7 years of extensive professional experience, of which 3 years acquired at international level, in the area of communication and/or information.

Languages

Excellent knowledge of English or Arabic and good knowledge of the other language.

Others:

Ability to participate effectively in high-level negotiations with internal and external partners.
