Design, plan and coordinate programme, project and thematic evaluations within assigned area, to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance and sustainability of ILO/IPEC activities
Competencies:
The ability to participate effectively in evaluation missions; Capacity to provide technical advice on design, monitoring and evaluation; Ability to conceptualise and design research and evaluation techniques;

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in economics, international development or one of the social sciences or the equivalent.
Experience:
At least 8 years experience at the national level with a least five years at the international level in project management and evaluation, including planning, management and implementation of evaluations, both at national and international level.
Languages:
Excellent command of English with ability to work in Spanish is preferred with proficiency and ability to draft quickly and clearly. A working knowledge of French would be an advantage.
