Qualifications:Education:Advanced university degree in economics, international development or one of the social sciences or the equivalent.Experience:At least 8 years experience at the national level with a least five years at the international level in project management and evaluation, including planning, management and implementation of evaluations, both at national and international level.LanguagesExcellent command of English with ability to work in Spanish is preferred with proficiency and ability to draft quickly and clearly. A working knowledge of French would be an advantage. |
