Analyses the IAEA's programme and project structure as an input to the development of the work programme of the management services function.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in business/public administration, science, engineering, economics, or another relevant advanced degree.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years' professional experience. Work experience, preferably in both private business and international organizations. Experience in programme and project management in an international organization is an advantage.
Languages:
Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly writing and presentation in English.
Others:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a central role (adviser or line manager) related to planning and implementing major organizational changes in larger organizations.
