Responsabilities:
Ensure that NOR support to NATO operations and for implementation of key capabilities and fully integrated support to NATO resource committees can be maintained and enhanced with existing staff resources.

Qualifications:
Education:
Possess a university degree, preferably in business, engineering or a defence policy or complementary related discipline.
Experience:
Have several years’ of progressively responsible and recent experience in
managing and developing strategic concepts for an international organisation or national administration.
Languages:
Be fluent, orally and in writing, in one of the two official languages of the Organization and have a good working knowledge of the other.
Others:
have an advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent), preferably in business, engineering or a defence policy or complementary related discipline.
