Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced University degree (Master's degree or equivalent) preferably in public or business administration, human resources management or related field such as education and social science.
Experience:
At least five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management or related area.
Languages:
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the posts advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of other official UN languages desirable.
Others:
Experience in recruitment, benefit administration or training at national/international level, familiarity with IMIS, Galaxy and UN human resources policies, procedures, practices, regulations and rules.
