Responsabilities:
Lead the Division of Nuclear Power, providing direction and guidance to staff, and establishing and monitoring standards of excellence in performance. Coordinate and guide programme monitoring and assessment.

Qualifications:
Education:
PhD or equivalent advanced university degree in nuclear engineering, or related engineering science.
Experience:
At least 15 years' experience in nuclear research and development, including at least five years of management experience associated with nuclear power planning, operations and advanced technologies at an executive/senior level.
Languages:
Excellent written and verbal ability in English. Good knowledge of other IAEA official languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) desirable.
Others:
Demonstrated ability to lead effectively and motivate large work teams in a multicultural environment.
