Responsabilities:
Operate the Incident Reporting System (IRS) by coordinating and providing technical support to participating countries for efficient operation and management of the system and contribute to its improvement.
Competencies:
In-depth knowledge and experience of nuclear safety principles and state-of-the-art nuclear safety techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to operate effectively across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in an engineering or nuclear sciences related field.
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in a nuclear related area, including some experience at international level. At least 3 years of experience at international level related to operating experience.
Languages:
Fluency in English essential. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is desirable.
Others:
Knowledge of IAEA safety standards and national standards in the area of operating experience.
