Analyse and resolve application incidents in accordance with established ICTM procedures and SLAs.

Qualifications:
Education:
The incumbent must have a good general education, at least to higher secondary level complemented by a technical curriculum in information technologies, computer sciences, or another relevant discipline;
Experience:
The incumbent must hve at least 3 years of experience in application development and/or support, with at least 1 year of recent, direct experience using modern development tools and databases from ORACLE and/or Microsoft.
Languages:
The incumbent must be fluent, orally and in writing, in one of the two official languages of the Organisation with a good working knowledge of the other
Others:
The Application Support Analyst will have day-to-day operational maintenance and support responsibility for a number of assigned applications.
