Responsabilities:
The incumbent will be required to develop, update and manage the Human Resource Manual in particular in the area of
compensation and benefits, ensuring that the content is comprehensive.
Competencies:
Ability to take initiatives in recommending actions. Sound knowledge of Human Resource principles; substantive knowlegde of compensation and benefits principles and practices

Qualifications:
Education:
University degree (preferably at advanced level) in Human Resource Management, Public of Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences.
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, in compensation and benefits preferably in an international setting. 1 to 2 years Human Resource experience in a UN environment would be an asset.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English or French and good knowledge of the other language.
Others:
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to maintain effective working relationship with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds; teamworking.
