She/he is responsible for providing leadership and direction for IEG’s work in knowledge management and learning, including knowledge generation, synthesis of good practices, dissemination through knowledge sharing forum.
Competencies:
Demonstrated ability, recognized both within and outside the Bank Group, to provide professional leadership and advice on strategic, operational and analytical issues affecting IEG’s mandate.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a relevant area of expertise, together with a minimum of 15 years’ of relevant experience.
Experience:
Excellent managerial and integrative skills to operate at the intersection of knowledge, learning, communication and technology to foster awareness of evaluation findings and influence their use among key audience groups.
Languages:
English [Essential]
Others:
Analytical background and aptitude, with a substantial background in development evaluation or similar analytical work, with a record of leadership and accomplishments.
