Responsabilities:
The tasks of the Sr. Health Specialist/Economist will support governments and operational staff in understanding, designing and implementing both demand and supply results-based financing mechanisms to improve health results.

Qualifications:
Education:
An advanced degree in Health Economics, International Development, or Public Health, and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
Experience with designing results-based financing mechanisms in developing countries. Experience with World Bank or regional Bank operations and experience in international development.
Languages:
English [Essential]; French [Desired]; Spanish [Desired]
Others:
Strong diplomatic skills and success working in teams both as a team member and as a team leader.
