Qualifications:
Education:
Completed university studies, preferably in law, political sciences or international relations.
Experience:
Wide experience in managing human and financial resources at a senior level, preferably in an international context; good knowledge of the Council of Europe and the functioning of international organisations.
Languages:
Very good knowledge of the Council of Europe’s official languages (English and French); knowledge of other European
languages desirable.
Others:
Managerial skills: leadership; management of teams and resources as well as complex projects and processes; coaching of others, influence and authority.
