Developing and updating a strategic plan to implement the Project, and ensuring that the activities take place as planned, and that the project achieves measurable success. Organizing the exchange visits and inter-regional fora involved in the Project.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced University degree (Masters) in public policy, international relations, business administration or management.
Experience:
At least four years’ experience in the management of international cooperation programs, particularly European Union and OAS initiatives, and in the organization of international events in European Union countries and in the Americas.
Languages:
Complete fluency in English and Spanish, both written and oral; knowledge of Portuguese and French is also desirable.
Others:
Knowledge of OAS and European Commission rules, regulations and procedures, or ability to learn at a fast pace.
