Examine reports by governments and comments by employers' and workers' organizations on ratified and unratified Conventions and Recommendations. Examine and analyse complaints.
Competencies:
Job specific competencies include ability to analyse defined aspects of legal issues, draft clearly and concisely to prepare studies and comments and take initiatives to keep up-to-date with new developments in the labour law area.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in law, preferably with a specialisation in comparative employment and labour law.
Experience:
Minimum of five years' practical experience at the national level or at least two years at the international level in labour law and related matters.
Languages:
Excellent command of English and good working knowledge of another official language
