Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in economics, labour economics, human resources development, education and training, or other social sciences.
Experience:
Eight years' experience at the national level or five years experience at the international level in human resources development, vocational education and training and skills development policies and programme implementation.
Languages:
An excellent command of English is required. Proficiency in one of the other working languages of the ILO would be an advantage.
