Responsabilities:
Arrange appointments and maintains supervisor's calendar, receive visitors, place and screen telephone calls and answer queries with discretion. Prepare informal translations and may act as interpreter.
Competencies:
Proven shorthand and typing 50 words/minute ability; thorough knowledge of modern office procedures; ability to use commonly used word processing packages, MS WORD, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of protocol; thorough knowledge of secretarial skills.

Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of secondary education or equivalent technical or commercial education, training in secretarial tasks.
Experience:
Five years's secretarial experience with a recognized public or private institution.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of the working language of the duty station; good knowledge of english required.
Others:
