Qualifications:
Education:
University degree in management or administration, exact or social sciences.
Experience:
Experience in management and general administration supplemented by experience in project planning, monitoring, evaluation.
Languages:
Essential: English at a proficient level with good knowledge of Russian, French or German.
Desirable: Knowledge of other European language is an asset.
