Creates and develops an analytical structure utilizing case map, zylab and related software to maximize opportunity to gather information from all sources and evaluate it to establish evidence in support of allegations of offences of serious crime.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in law, computer technology or other relevant field. A first level university degree with a relevant combination of police/analysis qualifications and/or experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience as an analyst or investigator in an international tribunal or national criminal justice system with demonstrated research, analysis and investigation expertise.
Languages:
The official working languages of the Extraordinary Chambers are Khmer, English and French. For this post, fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of French and/or Khmer is an asset.
Others:
Good knowledge of the history of and conditions prevailing in Cambodia with the ability to appraise and evaluate the implications of political, cultural and historical variables in the country is desirable.
