Responsabilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning, development and management of the WHO/Europe web site. S/he will facilitate/coordinate the web related activities, working closely with PCO staff part of the communication team.

A demonstrated ability to work in team: collaborate with others across boundaries, acknowledges other's contributions, work effectively with individuals of different culture.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced University degree or equivalent in public health, related sciences, or communication. Training in information production. Training in computer science, journalism or a related field
Experience:
7 years' experience in managing large web sites with at least 3 years working with international organizations or companies. Experience in content management systems and writing.
Languages:
Essential: A very good command of the English language
Desirable: Knowledge of French, German or Russian
