Responsabilities:
Advise on quantitative and qualitative criteria to follow up with the implementation of the investment programme. Prepare proposals for the improvement of the Follow-up and Evaluation form/format prepared in the GPCP.
Competencies:
Professionalism: Proven, through career records and publications, technical expertise and understanding of theories, principles, and practices of macroeconomic management, public investment, statistics, and/or programme monitoring.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree(s) (Masters and/or Ph.D.) in economics, statistics, public administration, and/or other relevant subjects
Experience:
At least ten years of relevant experience in macroeconomic management, public investment, statistics, and/or programme monitoring and evaluation in the Arab context. Knowledge of the Arab region highly desirable. International experience required.
Languages:
Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is highly desirable.
