Review the population situation in Libya and propose relevant population policies; Prepare analyses on existing human resource development strategy and propose preferred changes.
Competencies:
Proven, through career records and publications, technical expertise and understanding of theories, principles, and practices of public administration and governance, development, macro-economic management, and/or education.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree(s) (Masters and/or Ph.D.) in economics, statistics, demography, sociology, public administration, development, and/or other relevant subjects
Experience:
At least ten years of relevant experience in public administration and governance, development, macro-economic management, statistics, and/or education, focusing on human resources development and employment.
Languages:
Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is highly desirable.
