Responsabilities:
Manages, supervises and evaluates the work of Local Fund Agents (LFA) in countries, reviews and analyzes requests for disbursement and decide on grant amounts to be disbursed.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in public health, finance, public or business administration, development studies, political science, international relations, or related field.
Experience:
Seven to ten (7-10) years of relevant work experience in program design, management and implementation. Experience in negotiation and diplomacy. Work experience in developing countries
Languages:
An excellent knowledge of English together with (a) Spanish for LAC, Russian for EECA, French for WCA, Arabic or French for MENA; and (b) preferably Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia for EAP and Portuguese for Southern Africa
