Responsabilities:
Provide support in the implementation of activities in the area of communicable diseases within the overall framework of the BCA between the WHO Regional Office for Europe and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Competencies:
The incumbent takes full ownership of assigned tasks demonstrating a systematic and efficient approach to work that yields high-quality results and workable solutions to surmount critical challenges.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced University degree in medicine, public health or related area equivalent professional qualification. Post graduate training in medicine, public health, communicable diseases or related subjects
Experience:
Three to five years experience in the control of communicable/infectious diseases in either or both private and public sector settings.
Languages:
A very good command of English, Russian and local language (both spoken and written). Knowledge of other WHO EURO official languages (German or French) is an asset.
